YOUR saying that MSJ bought it from a ghost CEO that everyone is looking for . So MSJ is part of the criminals of SRGE. So there part of the conspiracy? why don't the FBI arrest MSJ because they gave money to criminals

Sheesh..why don't we just wait and see what the details of the SRGE asset buyout is by MSJ from SRGE this week (i reckon). The negative conjecture is pointless. SRGE BOD have shares also and the politicians connected to the SRGE Board (Senator Hector and Congressman Aubry) will certainly not want the terrible publicity that would ensue if SRGE shareholders were somehow to be excluded from the acquisition of their company's assets!!

Grego68, what did MSJ pay for those assets? Previous SRGE PR's said they were shopping around for someone who would pay $550 to $600 million dollars just for Cinco Minas. Why would you think SRGE is now worthless? SRGE was making money every month and had millions in the bank. If they sold mining assets there has to be an exchange of some kind. For all we know we SRGE longs are now sitting on a grey sheet stock worth dollars per share!!!

The news from MSJ didn't say they acquired every single asset of SRGE, just Cinco Minas and other mining assets. That could mean they also got GC or the existing mining equipment, trucks, loaders, etc, etc, but not every single mine. So, if SRGE only sold off CM and GC like they said they were trying to do, that would leave them with hundreds of millions of dollars and several other mines to develop. Much easier to find a partner with that kind of cash on hand.

Or it could be like Buybio2 suggested.

We won't know until we get more news and I think that is going to happen this week.

Just be ready!!!
