Agreed, probably were scared of getting wacked, srge nothing more than a scam no proven dd here what so ever other than DD showing srge is a scam, triples 000's coming next week, load da boat!

There was no deal. Kinross signed a routine confidentiality agreement, and the next thing they knew, SRGE announced a "joint partnership".

Kinross denied that within two hours or so of the announcement.

Really very simple.

Why should they sue? What money does SRGE have? For Kinross, this was a minor annoyance.
