I have a degree in education, since i havent used it in 15 years i didnt see a need to spend the time and energy to take the required CEC to keep it current. I or my employees dont see this as a reason that i cannot continue running a successful business.

If anything i find it reassuring that she not only has a degree in law, has passed the law boards and has practiced law. Has to be a asset when running a company with all the possible legalities as the MMJ sector. I believe her knoweledge of the law, how it is applied, how it can be interpeted is a distinct advantage for MJNA. JMO

You are saying it is ridiculous because you did not go to 3 years of law school and then study your butt of to pass the bar exams. As attorneys, you are held to a higher standard. There is no excuse for an attorney to be disciplined because of a stupid non attention to detail. it is like saying that you have a hearing or mediation on a certain date and then oh i missed it because i forgot. Doesn't she have a freakin secretary to remind her of her appointments and things to do. maybe not. Then, despite of this flaw, you are now going to justify the fact that she is going to lead a company worth more than a quarter billion dollars. I just want to hear her excuse on this issue and decide if it is reasonable enough.
