CIRC has great potential of dilution. CIRC might be going down to triple zeros and if it breaks 0.0008 then this trade will be halted for next few years.Because no one would like to buy. Look at the chart for past years. They stayed at 0.0004 for a long time and never moved.

CIRC is now in trouble. It looks no good.
