CIRC has great potential of dilution. CIRC might be going down to triple zeros and if it breaks 0.0008

Look at the chart for past years. They stayed at 0.0004 for a long time and never moved.

CIRC is now in trouble. It looks no good.

Looks like they've done better in litigation for shareholders than they ever did running the business
