JFF, that looks to me to be the case, but there has been speculation that Inmet is looking to partner with another company to ward off FQ's advances, but in order to bring the other company onboard Inmet would have to seal a deal with PTQ on the land rights. Because it stands to reason no other company would touch Inmet unless they knew they had secured the land neccessary to complete the mine.
Who knows what's going on behind the scenes, but as Anski said in an earlier post...PTQ needs to move on getting some money SOON so they can do their thing.
