This board does not have a moderator. Matt is the site admin and administers the rules as he sees fit. It is his site and since it is a private enterprise he can do as he pleases. If he screws up then he will pay in lost revenues..... but they are his revenues to lose so he gets to set the rules.
You can post anything you like about CMKX on this board, that is what it is for. You can't restrict others from posting things about the company that you don't like. If they are incorrect you can always post information that shows they are wrong. Unlke RB though, you can't attack the poster - just the content of the post.
