That's easy, nathanial. SGGM was rapidly diluting and had a gagged TA, so the SHO calculation was using a stale OS number.

Good question and why was SGGM on it.

SGGM made the SHO list because it was suspended. For two weeks, NO trades could settle.

There are many very simple answers out there.
