I looked at the Videio again and don't believe it even more. Did you see the picture in the news? Maybe a little over 1 year ago and the pictures from the visit last April. SRGE logos all over the tanks. Where are they in the videio? Only one. That place could'nt have got that run down since April. Be reasonable.
