Mr. Gump, the law firm of Gracin & Marlow are very respected by the Securities and Exchange Commission. They are located in the Chrysler Building in New York City and are not a ha ha law firm by any stretch of the imagination.
Mr. Kenneth Stead is also counseled by Attorney Henry Nisser who is copied on official documents. Attorney Nisser has been with Ken since 2010 and is very much informed.
You'd be laughed out the court system. Defrauded...not likely! The X-dividend hasn't been established. Whether the record date is 2010, 2011, or 2012, only those holding shares on the X-dividend date are getting anything based on the shares outstanding on the record date. Any shares added since the record date will not be used for the distribution date regardless of who has those shares on the X-dividend date.
Gump..... I really doubt that you could find an attorney who would take the case. The sec approval of the s1 and revisions says they had no problem. Personally I would think there would be more anger directed at those who convinced some to sell when they should have held.
