The article (which I am surprised took you so long to tout) states that the company had a meeting and discussed a potential future relationship. Certainly nothing to PR and am kind of surprised that Empyrean (A Global Funding Incubation company) PR'd it since nothing really transpired.
What I would be interested in seeing is if you can dig up some press on G&A Capital and accomplishments they've achieved.
