Well, if we agree that something less than "material" information will form the substance of the call, we'd be hard pressed to define the type of news that lingers in the purgatorial space between "more of the same" and "materiality". We've already heard through various channels (calls, update releases, etc) that all is going well (more of the same). Of course we would expect that the progress they've made so far continues, and that what they said they would do, they are doing (achieving consistency, providing samples to Somebody, Somebody is positively engaged, etc). I think the absolute best that could possibly be expected would be something along the lines that someone mentioned earlier: the stuff has been shipped and the LSS is happy. But that is the Best we could hope for. My experience with this company is that what is typically provided is at least a couple of notches below the Best possible. I suppose this call could be different, but that's just the point. If it is, it would be an exception and I tend to be skeptical of those areas under the curve that fall outside of the historical standard deviation. That said, as a longish term investor, I am betting that one of these days, the improbable will happen.
