Today's announcement didn't surprise me. A full qtr of production without problems with only 2 machines running would have difficult. If 1 machine had problems, it cuts 50% of production. Hopefully next month we get more answers

No guess here on the margins. You may be onto something with the parts issue....design failures possible.

I never believed the CFP either, but was hopeful JAX/RKT was coming along. Replicating outside of Niagara, solid design plans, permitting, engineering, RKT support, etc. would be show significant progress regardless of setbacks at Niagara. It would show also show us the management staff means business. Growing this deal outside John's backyard is gonna be a very tough test.

They still don't have a design they are confident with to mass produce.

So I guess the real 64,000 dollar question is: Are the repetitive delays to mass production by choice, in that they can eventually move forward with what they have and be commercially viable if their ongoing efforts to increase uptime fails, or are they delaying roll-out because they MUST improve uptime to be viable?
