I don't think either is the 64k question.

One must suspend their belief system in order to believe that Bordynuik can alter physics by hooking up a hard drive to a pyrolysis tank.

One must suspend their belief system to believe that Bordynuik serendipitously found a catalyst on an old mag tape circa 1970, that could revolutionize pyrolysis.

If one leaves their belief system intact, one tends to realize that the above is nonsense, and therefore the intent is to keep the story going as long as possible in order to keep selling shares, and paying salaries.

There is no chance of becoming commercially viable pyrolyzing waste plastic into oil at a profit.

The 64k question becomes: When will people realize this to be true, and stop believing tall tales?

So I guess the real 64,000 dollar question is: Are the repetitive delays to mass production by choice, in that they can eventually move forward with what they have and be commercially viable if their ongoing efforts to increase uptime fails, or are they delaying roll-out because they MUST improve uptime to be viable?
