If they did that, they risk being caught, prosecuted and jailed. They have more to gain my doing what is needed to make it trade above $5.

I don't see any cost to investors... only to penny stock traders, initially, anyway.

Investors are not going to sell at these low prices. In fact, we will buy more if the price falls near 5 cents. I know I will. If this company goes down, a few more $$ lost will not matter to me nearly as much as the gains I'll see if the company does make it strong.

I'm not expecting to see much of anything until sometime in 2014. Maybe late 2014. Until then, I think all we can hope for are a few more "Apple bumps." If they do occur again, it will be an excellent time for investors to become penny stock traders by selling on the bump... waiting for the price to fall back to the floor, and re-purchasing.
