Please understand that "Sierra" is just a promoter. A promoter called Guy Leitch.
And he more than likely gets a feel for what he puts in some of his "headlines" from the very posts on this board.

rockafuller, hiring new management could mean plant expansion. SRGE did say they were going to focus on the plant after the suspension. Re-read the corporate update for clues.

If they have a JV lined up, wouldn't they need to prepare for an increase in business.

Back in October or November they mentioned the plant upgrade going from 60 to 500 tons a day. They said foundations were laid, buildings and equipment fabricated and ready to ship. Maybe there has been a lot going on with that and they are ready to begin increasing production. More production = more money = larger divy!!!

I don't think it has to do with hiring a new CEO.
