they abandoned the oil and gas a while back per filings and pr's at what seemed to be no cost.

I agree, The point I am trying to raise is,if it is the shareholders money they used to get in on the oil and gas wells shouldn't they have been more informative when it went south ? I am not negative on this stock but it seems if you are not blindly "pumping" this stock you are "deleted" even if you bring up solid points. Don't you think keeping the Company honest would be better for the PPS in the long run ?
