I totally agree with all your post says, except for

Remember the great reveal at a major conference of the rural cooperative utilities that Dave M was said ready to stage (with the product prototype post-"meet and greet" that was never delivered) ?
Something along those lines, with an investors night with the parties and prototype, basically a rewind by two years to what was then supposed to have happened, would send this spinning, and PR of the event would start the climb. Yes there are likely many looking for a door. There likely are many more looking for an opportunity to ride a rising tide that could care less whether there ever is or is not a successful production of this. If that is so, then even seemingly tangible evidence that things are again progressing toward a product would move the pps, maybe not as much as GW has forecast, but enough for those looking for a rising tide to become active.
Now obviously you are correct, and that would not prove beyond all doubt that this is real. But it would prove sufficiently for some, which is likely all that is needed.

The PPS could go to $1.00 in a week if WDRP completes the Unit, the Unit is more effecient than what already exists and the demand for Shares comes in. I have always contended that there are two types of investors here. There are those of Us here on Ihub, aguing everyday about what maight happen and then there are those investors who are on Ihub ready to invest in what has happened. Most of Us obviously have a High Risk Appetite because we invested our Money into something that doesn't exist in hopes that it does. And when Investing in Hope - You can get Killed. Then there are those Investors who are watching and waiting Unitl the Unit gets done and will come into the Market looking to get shares as cheap as they can. And of course there have been the buyers ( traders) this past week, looking to flip sub-pennies at one and half to two cents. The PPS is a reflection of simple Supply and Demand for shares and a ompleted Unit will inevitably increase demand for Shares. The increase in Supply will be contingent upon 1. Total Demand and 2. How long current shareholders are willing to hold onto their shares before selling. GO WDRP GLTA GW323
