If it all possible, I would encourage you to meet Glenn if you have not. I have met him face-to-face twice. Second time I took my son who was an executive with Ford before he started his own business. After the lunch I asked my son what he thought. His question was, "How did they get someone of his caliber?" Hey, we may just be gullible Midwestern bumpkins. Better to see for yourself. It helped Warp when I got eyes on Glenn I think.
