I just called USAA and they don't know of any dispersement to escrow holders. They basically told me what I already know that the escrow works as a place holder and until there is a cash or share dispersement, you can't trade on it. So why is the value per share suddenly showing as $1.00 for commons but $0.00 on the prefs and everything else?
