In a nutshell, last January Koch and a couple Casavants did a private placement for stock with 4 month hold to May 1, and warrants attached. Since then unknown people have done more PP's.
Pretty much everything CMKX had as far as "assets" is going to ETGMF for 50 million restricted shares which are to be distributed as a divvie to CMKX holders. 30 million of those are very kindly being donated by Koch.
ETGMF has gone through one round of promo and I hear there is another one coming soon.
In effect, ETGMF is the new CMKX....watch the coming dilution.
