How about sharing the verifiable details if, as you say,

CINCO MINAS IS SAFE TO VISIT AND SRGE TOUR 2013 IS STILL ON!!!

You know, specific dates, hotel, meeting place, transportation arrangements, etc.

You can shut me up easily enough by providing complete, verifiable "tour" information but you won't, will you?

If you won't provide the complete information one MUST assume that it's just so much hot air. Of course, we already knew that because it just doesn't matter about anything else.
