I don't think I have a clear grasp on it. The fact that they are not enrolled yet is very troubling. My suspicion is that maybe they could not enroll without funding to back the patients they were enrolling?

My question is, can they give a primary outcome measure for only a partial sample of the enrollment?

If the answer is no, then results can't be offered until ~16-18 months after full enrollment. IMO
