If you only took the time to go back around a year to year and a half and you would see this same sentiment from many longs. Who cares about the share structure? I will inform you - ANY potential buyer of the company. They will also care about the debt, the ratchet and every other negative the company currently displays. I truly love the blinders that are slapped on.
Howe also stated "knock your socks off", and "wood behind the arrow". Those statements fell flat as many others have.
