I wonder if this PR will bring some light to Barrick's 21 Dec 2012 nameless PR and put on the www.barrick.com website regarding MSX misleading press releases that abx put out and on their website that abx has all the necessary titles to open the pascua lama project,

It seems that from the PR today of the criminally charged barrick lawyer and executive in Chile, abx will indeed have to answer questions to what they at abx posted on 21 Dec 2012

Getting interesting now, lets see how the markets and barrick responds and if nothing, things most certainly will have to change for MSX as already discussed in many other posts here and everywhere

Great News !!

And the best part is that due to Chilean law, you have to have proof of the party breaking the law before they will even except the claims.. seems the Chilean judges believe Barrick's lawyer gave false testimony also.. or this wouldn't have even been accepted.

I just have to say regarding this "press release"....

How is this an update "with regard to its joint venture with Jorge Lopehandia in Chile"? This is an update to JL's ongoing legal pursuit against Barrick and nothing more. MSX has NOTHING to do with this case.....JL is the plaintiff not MSX. IF JL won this 8 years (minimum) from now what good would that do you the shareholder? Nothing.

JL already has clean title,right? How about an update on the status of financing to fufill MSX's part of the agreement? Don't hold your breath because you can't even begin to do that without a clean title....and JL DOES NOT have it.! Also....again MSX takes no responsibility for the content of the PR by saying the lawyer says so....with ONE exception....now they are saying it's the company (MSX's) lawyer???....but tuesdays release says Juan Guillermo Torres Fuentealba is JL's lawyer??????? So....either MSX has made yet ANOTHER mistake in their press release or the company and JL have the same lawyer.....but that CAN'T be because that would be conflict of interest having the same lawyer before the JV would be completed....the saga just goes on and on but certainly does not get any better for MSX. MSX got conned into financing JL's legal battle and nothing more.

It would be nice to know what is to develop from this. Will it be a public event as she works for a public company, or is this to be hidden?
