This is a risk investment. If we don't build ground stations we don't share in the FAA ATC or FCC ATC potential revenue stream.

Quicker sats are up and functional, maybe just maybe, quicker our GROUND station is up and functional with funding that might still be in the works/conditional on being built? Why else would MC/GE have been so fired up about the whole GTC way back when?
I can see the pieces of the puzzle lining up nicely! So sorry, some don't see/get it.
