from what i see rtgv is the trading part of the company in the usa. we are stylar limied in england. rtgv (digital brand media marketing group inc) dbmm could be doing a reverse merger to get away from them. jmo would be a good reason for name change. allso for otc say new common stock. could be wrong . jmo name change, symble change and cursip change is what makes me think this.
