It's very easy to find out who the company officers and directors are. This is very very rudimentary stuff to know. Your assertion that Ted Chalmers is an officer of MIKP is baseless, he is not an officer, nor is anyone else an officer of MIKP, other than Newbauer or they would be listed as an officer/director in whatever state they're incorporated (in MIKP's case it's Wyoming). Being "President" of a subsidiary does not make that person an officer of the company. Being a CEO, or Director of the Board, or director would make that person an officer.
