I totally agree and that's why I say all they are doing is building a case against themselves . If they knew what they were doing the pps would not be at 0.0019 after 9 years .

Bioelectronics Corp. is not. BIEL calls "NO SHOTS".

And now, they've backed themselves up in a corner because they're
out of room to dilute. Now Andy needs to find private placements,
and even that will be short lived.
