All I know is the leases are smack-dab in the middle of the B/S res. And that just drilling any old hole is not what I would do at $10k a day, I'm glad to hear they are using some of the best surveys available to plan where to put their rig to use. Mistokes are easier to avoid than to correct. I'd much rather wait for a strike tomorrow than have a dry hole today.
