What else do you expect, they need the approval first to do the clinical trials....keep in mind that their medical report was peer reviewed 'independently' and deem to be pausible by experience/highly credential ppls (which the FDA will take into account)....I see a similar run as AMBS (when their FDA was approved) but even higher given they are in the stem-cell/cancer medical field.
Are you serious? Do you even know what an IND application is? This isn't a college essay. It's not like you can just say "Hey, I have been conducting random experiments in my basement, here's my application." They have went through a whole process to get to where they are now. What do you think the peer-reviewed publication displayed? They have had successful results through Preclinical studies / research on non-human subjects. They aren't even allowed to file an application until certain requirements are met.
