The top photo slide show clearly states that it is a composite of photos from 2007 interspersed with current pnotos.

As far as the video goes, slothridge probably removed some of the decals when they were done with their photo shoot. Perhaps they forgot the one. Be that as it may, the video clearly shows that no one is working and no one has worked the mine in a long time.
