#818 RE: mhb #817

Actually I know someone that has spoken directly with Seth. He told me a settlement was definitely possible way back when I posted on this issue. Apparently Seth promised that his lawyers would open discussions with ITL's lawyers with very specific beginning negotiation points. The promise made to Seth was that there would be a post that settlement discussions were possible and that promise was kept. Seth promised that he would have his lawyers send ITL lawyers an email that all litigation activity would stop. It was a promise for a promise. As we all know Seth broke his promise. Imun filed a motion to freeze ITL assets which they lost.

I really can not say anymore. But I will in another day or so.

I have heard from others that people on this board are going to be suited by Seth for exercising their freedom of speech. That threat would never stop me from exercising my first amendment rights. Besides Seth himself has posted on this board. Does that not make him a public figure? Does that not open the discourse which we are now involved in?

Seth is part of this discourse because he chose to be. I think we should hear directly from Seth again not his minions. Seth, are you out there? Hello?

I just can not understand why Seth, a Cornel grad would rely so
much on Treminio, a guy who graduated (I think)from a community college in the Northern Territories of Canada. I think the name of the place was Bellevue or something like that. I am not an elitist by any stretch of the imagination but could he not at least talk with some guy from Harvard? I mean that is what Seth posted. He said the investors he was working with on this deal were from Harvard. Could he not at least talk to those guys about some of these issues? Maybe he did. Let us hope so.
