Maybe but I doubt the judge looks at a balance sheet when rendering a decision one way or another

Point 1: I don't think the outcome of the lawsuits has anything to do with filing financial reports ...companies are sued every day and they still report to their stockholders (and the SEC)

Point 2: Being fully reporting will not affect the decision of the court so those posters blaming the silence of the company on the lawsuits is just bogus
