Point 3: $100 million revenue projection PR.

Not exactly keeping the Ferrari a secret, is it?

Ooooops, neither the company nor the global investors
may wish to acknowledge the truth in this..........

Quote:Once the lawsuits are closed, fully reporting will follow.

Response:

Quote:Maybe but I doubt the judge looks at a balance sheet when rendering a decision one way or another

Point 1: I don't think the outcome of the lawsuits has anything to do with filing financial reports ...companies are sued every day and they still report to their stockholders (and the SEC)

Point 2: Being fully reporting will not affect the decision of the court so those posters blaming the silence of the company on the lawsuits is just bogus

These are my opinions....

I suspect that everyone just needs to "BE PATIENT" and sit back, relax, and enjoy their favorite refreshment. Heck, who knows, could upgrade
to a finer beverage in the near future. I'm certainly looking forward to that. But in the mean time, I'm resigned to HLNT Kool-Aid................

I don't think anyone is placing blame. However they are providing their opinion as to why they believe the company is still not reporting. Most often reporting companies with capital available to partake in litigation, I think is what you are referring to but not a start-up. So, the outcome of litigation has everything to do with filing reports for this company.

Point 1: I don't think the outcome of the lawsuits has anything to do with filing financial reports ...companies are sued every day and they still report to their stockholders (and the SEC)

I don't think anyone was entertaining the fact that filing or not filing will sway the judges decision in anyway shape or form. It was meant as the reason that HLNT is currently at the crossroads and many are awaiting to see what happens with the hearing (s) and that possibly this is also one of the reasons for the company not filing. Once over, the decision will might undoubtedly attract new investors. That is all that was implied!

Point 2: Being fully reporting will not affect the decision of the court so those posters blaming the silence of the company on the lawsuits is just bogus
