not even their wives/husbands whom they may share information with can freely purchase the company stock armed with the unfair advantage of having insider information, (such as knowing when a merger will take place etc.)

Newbauer is the only officer for MIKP.

Newbauer is solely responsible for the loss he created for shareholders by garnering the attention of the SEC and DTCC.

The only way anyone will see any of their money returned is through suing Newbauer for his false and misleading news releases+bogus financial statements, which the SEC asserts.
