I've spoken with Tatiana Sigler Baca at the MMR on 2 separate occasions months ago! She confirmed that SRGE owns Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera 100%. Other SRGE longs have also spoken with her and also with Armando. Tatiana also confirmed that the signatures on the concession titles were indeed her's!! That coupled with these is 100% proof positive alone that SRGE does indeed own the concession titles to Cinco Minas/Gran Cabrera:
