Why be negative. They patented Vascepa 6 months ago. Why not do something faster than everyone expects or are they hoping to help out a BP? That could be also. If NCE isn't out by the 15th, then BP is putting on the pressure to hold it off, and then who knows when, if ever AMRN gets the nod.
