Run,i'm not so sure Aerial Products is a sub-contractor building the BIBs,but judging from the pictures used on the BIB /wsgi website there's a relationship there of some sort.WSGI may just be using the pictures,or they may be using the aerostat and launcher with their own twist,which is my guess,or then can be building the BIBs like you say.

We don't know at this point but if there's adjustments being made to create the BIB ,it wouldn't be wise to have a competitor build it for them.But if there aren't any adjustments and the aerostat is the same then why not have them build the BIB,it would be cheaper for WSGI having less overhead.all imo
