No dead horse at all IMO, Ren. If untethered LTA were to be constrained in our own HQ state (Florida) that would be a bad thing IMO. N9ce that it won't be. As to Ohio, at the moment our governor is gung-ho for UAS. So, we have no constraining legislation on the table here at the present time. We are waiting to see if the new state budget due out soon will fund our test range. The powers that be have chosen to build the range and not wait for FAA selection. Smart move, if you think about it. The FAA selection presently has no funding attached to it--and no special flight allowances. Create a COA corridor to our Brush Creek MOA and you can attract corporate clients even without FAA designation as a test site. Build it and they will come. . . Thanks for the updates on Florida.
