I received a call yesterday. I was told I was receiving about 25% of my loss because defense lawyers are disputing any claims with Litifiber or trim-a-lawn. Both of these companies did reverse splits to become Grifco. I have to show a nexus between Dial and/or other defendants and these two stocks. I am not sure how I can show this. I have until 2/8/2013 to submit documentation. Any ideas?

unifin, I assume the "additional documents" you speak of are to substantiate the claims that the crook's lawyers challanged.

On 01/17 I heard from a claimant that had just talked to Kesha. She said that notices were to be sent out, to those challanged, on Tuesday 01/22. She said that replies must be have been in by the end of January.

Since the reply date is now 02/08, the notices probably didn't go out on the 22nd. I know of no one that got a notice. I guess no notice is good news.
