No, it's not misleading. There is an ongoing SEC investigation into both SRGE and its sister scam SAEI. Not only Alex Smid but some of his fellow racketeers are in not just SEC's sights, but DoJ's as well.

Not possible, SEC will NEVER be halting SRGE, they have all the paperwork filed and in order that backs up every single one of their PR's.
