when you talked to him did you ask when they actually resigned? Was it because they didn't send the old stuff from 2003-2004??? and the other reasons?

I find it odd an auditor would quit a week before financials were due? They would be sued, wouldn't they?

My question is about the date. If that auditor actually resigned Sept. 2, then they should have had time to find someone else to do the job.

After all, the guy said it was all done months ago.

Might want to call him back and ask.
