It's an indication that Southridge was in possession in early 2012. Exactly what's happened since is unclear.

No, it isn't an admission that SRGE is at Cinco Minas - the complaint says

they had put SRGE signs on trucks, equipment, at the entrance of the magazine (where the explosives were stored), the tunnel, pilot plant, also shown in photographs people who supposedly were working on it with uniform with the name and logo of the company (SRGE)

It says that SRGE was trespassing and staging a photo shoot to make it appear SRGE was mining at CM.

But, Minera Cinco Minas had no knowledge of SRGE and didn't have a contract for SRGE to buy the mines. This is much like the fraudulent press releases SRGE was suspended for!

Also, when Minera Cinco Minas went to the site after finding the photos the decals etc had been removed but there was missing equipment.

So it is just SRGE doing what they do best and that is running a con - a pump and dump. And they were busted once again.

cablejohn, you made the point I have been trying to make (you made it much better than I). We keep hearing SRGE is a "ghost" company...and now we are seeing posts about the "ghosts" causing problems down there...lol
