The authorized shares could be used in the future to prevent a possible buyout. All we need is one major contract and we will rise from these ashes. I hope that we go to $0.08 short term. I personally consider all shares authorized as issued. I also look at company history to illuminate the future. If I had to place a bet, the shares will eventually be issued. Finally if we have 168,000,000 shares not issued, why do they need another 100,000,000? How about waiting until we only have 68,000,000 shares left before authorizing more? Maybe the problem is in prefered shares.
