Has Gary filed a Patent for SmartOne/Avatar/Voice?

Would this one little simple thing prove just a little bit how serious Gary is about his upcoming product?



Okay so we hear the following below.....but unless Gary has filed a patent....what exactly prevents someone else from doing it.....first?

"There is a great deal of interest in what we're doing. No one has done what we are attempting to accomplish. In view of this, we have been counseled to limit the amount of information we release about the MVP, its functionality, and the amount of time it takes to accomplish certain tasks. In short we are making excellent progress."

Its now 2013 shouldn't the World have a little taste of what Gary and Company have been working on?

Instead of just reading Gary's PRs and blog posts why can't look up his Patent for SmartOne being paired with voice and Avatar/Motion Capture? That right there would be more proof of there excellent progress that they have talked about....right?
