Stervc, respectfully your DD to consider doesn't have any mention that all of Koos companies are currently delinquent with their filings after their accountant walked and that BMSN is about to go non-reporting pink.
the listed DD doesn't mention the fact that the $20 Million line of credit has barely been tapped and the O/S has already tripled or the fact that the FDA approvals are a long way away significantly reducing any potential for a buyout. Nobody pays big bucks for something not guaranteed to be marketed.
