hmm. you know what? i think we are talking about the same press release! as i remember it went out as a widely circulated release but its !oddly! not visible anymore where the other releases are and it was about oct 5th. i noticed they said they were closing shop halfway and thats all i remembered, but now that you say so, i guess maybe i hazily recollect that they said something about not getting paid being the reason. that is not the same as being owed however (not that said that exactly, but it sounds like you think money is owed or almost sure to be forthcoming?). but they maybe got not paid because they project was backed out of. i would think if they were owed a big sum of money, they would say "we did not get paid $XXX, which we expect to be forthcoming." i cant see why they would not say that, but maybe there is a reason i am not thinking of.
i the finanicals come out in a couple weeks and we can find out!
