Dude, for a guy who has held this stock for almost a year, you sure don't know how to find information very well.
This now causes me to question most of what you have said here.

It was a letter to the shareholders that was posted on the company website "GreenwayDesignGroupInc". My memory says that it was dated October 5th, 2012 (not sure if exact day is correct, but it WAS in October of last year).
I don't remember it saying specifically it was the Mexico deal, but it did say that they were unable to collect on A deal.
It was here that the specifics of Mexico were discovered by me.

I think B4 you go on another negative rant, you should get more information instead of posing as an knowledgable individual when u are actually ignorant of some key things.
