IF those documents are real and not fabricated, they are updated July 31 as you say. SRGE's September 10, 2012 PR says this:

In other recent Company developments, the anticipated and long-awaited public update at the Mexican Mining Registry of the Cinco Minas mineral concession ownership being duly reflected in Southridge's name is now complete.

Recent to me can be anytime subsequent to the July 31 date. So all we have from those documents IF real and not fabricated is an old date. Thank goodness SRGE issued the September 10 PR clarifying the above "recent Company developments."
